Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation team in a 7:30pm–6:00am shift, Monday–Thursday, ensuring GMP, HACCP, and SSOP compliance. You will supervise sanitation specialists, manage staffing, and maintain sanitation records in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing with some leadership experience, and a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of safety procedures and strong coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Required Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of Lead or prior supervisory experience in the food industry, with chemical/sanitation experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation operations and supervise the sanitation team following GMP/HACCP standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily activity to meet sanitation goals.
• Ensure compliance with SSOPs, SOPs, and USDA guidelines; maintain documentation.
• Support safety and food safety culture; lead training and coaching of team members.
• Coordinate with QA and production to resolve sanitation issues and prevent recurrence.
