Job summary

The Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the plant sanitation team in a nightly wet wash environment and uphold strict food safety standards.

You will ensure compliance with AIB, FDA, and state regulations, manage custodial services and training, and collaborate with production to optimize cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across shifts, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years sanitation experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 months sanitation experience.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with 3+ years sanitation experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading sanitation teams and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with AIB, FDA, and other regulators.
• Manage custodial and waste removal services to maintain cleanliness.
• Work weekends as required to uphold sanitation standards.
• Oversee chemical usage and safety training and maintain certifications.
• Maintain a cost-effective sanitation budget and optimize resources.
• Inspect equipment for conformity to federal and state laws and plant standards.
• Direct cleaners in sanitary procedures and supervise cleaning of facilities.
