Job summary

SK Food Group is seeking a Sanitation Manager for the plant, leading a 3rd shift sanitation team to ensure readiness for inspections and audits. You will drive a proactive sanitation and food safety culture across the site, partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, HACCP/PCQI certifications, and USDA facility exposure, with a focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in Ready-To-Eat

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or eight years of related experience; or equivalent combination.
• HACCP certification and/or PCQI certification.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing, specifically Ready-To-Eat environments, is required; USDA facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation team and provide direction with a culture of engagement and high performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to ensure safe, high-quality products meeting regulatory requirements.
• Direct ownership of the sanitation program, master sanitation schedule and KPI’s.
• Oversee training for shift associates aligning with safety and regulatory requirements; drive safety and food culture across site.
