Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to coordinate nightly sanitation in a frozen food environment. You will lead the sanitation team, ensure compliance with AIB, FDA, and state regulations, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning practices.

Responsibilities include budget management, safety training, CAPA execution, and coordinating with QA and production to maintain product quality and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• OR Bachelor's Degree with 3 months sanitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation operations to meet AIB/FDA standards.
• Oversee custodial and waste removal services.
• Manage budgets for sanitation programs.
• Ensure safe chemical handling and training compliance.
• Direct cleaning and sanitization of equipment and facilities.
• Inspect premises for sanitary conditions and non-conformances.
• Lead DDS meetings and CAPA implementations.
• Train staff on LOTO and safety procedures.
