Oats Overnight, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation teams across multiple buildings and shifts, ensuring compliance with SQF, FDA, USDA, and OSHA standards. You will drive cleanliness, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing CPG environment.

You will train staff, coordinate daily activities, maintain records, and work with QA and Maintenance to resolve issues. This role offers opportunities for impact in a rapidly scaling omni-channel brand with equity

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of sanitation or food manufacturing leadership experience on multiple shifts or buildings.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, GMPs, and food safety regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across multiple shifts.
• Experience with sanitation chemicals, CIP systems, and safe chemical handling practices.
• Ability to partner and influence at all levels; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate sanitation activities for AM and PM shifts across multiple buildings.
• Assign and monitor sanitation crew tasks to ensure MSS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety programs (SQF, HACCP, GMPs, allergen control).
• Conduct pre- and post-operational inspections for cleaning and chemical use.
• Train and coach sanitation staff on safe practices and lockout/tagout.
• Collaborate with QA and Maintenance to resolve sanitation issues and support readiness.
• Maintain sanitation records and logs for audits.
• Manage sanitation supply inventory, chemical usage, and costs.
• Develop and standardize cross-building sanitation procedures.
• Enforce safety policies and participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
