Our client is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee their comprehensive sanitation program within a dynamic food manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the sanitation program, ensuring all policies, SSOPs, and procedures are up to date and effectively implemented.
• Compliance and Audit Readiness: Ensure ongoing compliance with FDA/USDA regulations, FSMA, GMPs, HACCP/PC, and more, while preparing for and leading audits.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor the sanitation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize sanitation schedules and minimize downtime.
• Data‑Driven Improvements: Analyze sanitation data to identify trends and implement effective improvement strategies.
• Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate records and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sanitation experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
