SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all assigned areas in the facility. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable daily performance within a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, managing hazardous waste tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting incidents. A forklift certification may be required, with bilingual ability considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus; ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Perform janitorial duties across assigned areas.
• Follow the daily schedule and complete listed duties.
• Handle hazardous waste tasks: collect, classify, sort, store, ship, receive, label, recycle, and package hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Take direction from supervisors and work in a team.
