Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while following safety protocols.

The position requires ability to read instructions, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in a team environment. Forklift certification may be required, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety training certifications.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned and according to daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and assist on punch-list items.
• Fill in during staff shortages and present a professional appearance.
