SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role entails performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety procedures to ensure a safe, organized workspace.

The Custodian will handle Hazardous Waste responsibilities when required and report any incidents promptly. A customer-focused attitude and ability to work with a team are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Certificates, licenses, or certifications may be needed depending on site operations.
• Must have strong reading comprehension to follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned and per daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning areas.
• Perform Hazardous Waste duties including collection, labeling, and handling.
• Report incidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor; follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with team, supervisors, and customers in a professional manner.
• Lift up to 35 pounds; work in a team to complete punch-list items.
• Drive between work locations if required by business needs.
