Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety procedures to support our facilities.

Responsibilities include following the daily schedule, reporting hazards, and maintaining professional conduct. This role may require forklift certification and a valid driver’s license, with competitive hourly pay and shift options.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months training or previous custodial experience preferred
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures
• Maintain clean work area and respond to supervision
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead
