WinCo Foods is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Cleaner to maintain a safe, clean work environment at its Phoenix-area distribution facility. You will handle trash collection and disposal, mop spills, and ensure orderly aisles and storage areas while complying with OSHA standards.
The role requires operating cleaning equipment, basic maintenance tasks, and safe handling of pallets and trailers. Evening/overnight shifts are possible in a 24/7 operation to support continuous warehouse
Competenze
- Capacity to multitask across multiple duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate and certify powered industrial equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills with supervisors and coworkers.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Willingness to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation.

- Maintain cleanliness to ensure a safe, clean distribution center.
- Collect and dispose of trash; sort recyclables and keep containers clean.
- Mop spills and secure hazardous areas following safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain equipment used for cleaning and material handling.
