Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking staff to maintain a safe and clean store facility, providing friendly customer service to internal and external customers. You will work 6-8 hour shifts between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm, supporting a 24/7 operation with various duties across the store environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, sanitizing restrooms, guiding carts, and ensuring a safe, welcoming retail space for shoppers and fellow employee-owners.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
• Learn safety and departmental policies and procedures.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and safe environment throughout the store.
• Wipes walls, appliances, and restrooms; cleans floors and restrooms.
• Assists with rounding up and bringing in shopping carts as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
