Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking staff to maintain a safe and clean store facility. You’ll provide friendly customer service, perform cleaning tasks, and ensure spills are promptly addressed. Shifts typically run 6–8 hours between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications include the ability to work varied shifts, read instructions, lift up to 30 lbs, and possess a Food Handlers Certification. This role supports our communities and embodies our commitment to low prices and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform moderate lifting up to 30 lbs and move around the store.
• Use approved chemicals safely and follow safety policies.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Keep store facilities clean and safe; sweep, mop, and sanitize areas.
• Maintain restrooms, floors, walls, and equipment in good condition.
• Assist with shop cart collection and general housekeeping as needed.
• Follow safety policies and respond to pages for spills or emergencies.
