Job summary

WinCo Foods in Phoenix seeks a warehouse associate to accurately select product and prepare store orders for shipment. You will help process inbound and outbound freight, move and stack product, and operate powered industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

The role requires working across shifts in a 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80-100 lbs occasionally, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Strong basic math skills for counting and loading calculations.
• Clear verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders from warehouse and places items on pallets for shipment.
• Operates Forklifts and pallet jacks to move pallets between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Receives, verifies, and documents product counts and conditions against load documents.
• Consolidates and loads product to maintain balance and weight distribution for transit.
