Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a dedicated store janitorial associate to maintain a safe and clean store facility environment and provide friendly customer service to internal and external customers. Typical shifts run 6–8 hours between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.

You will perform cleaning, restrooms, floors, stockrooms, and backroom areas, assist with light maintenance, and cooperate with customers and team members to ensure a welcoming, sanitary shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Reads and follows verbal and written instructions.
• Maintains spill-free floors and restrooms, and supports backroom areas.
• Opens to varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and serves customers with a courteous, friendly attitude.
• Maintains clean, safe floors, restrooms and store areas.
• Assists with cart retrieval and light maintenance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
