Fortrex is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily sanitation operations in our plants. This role focuses on safe, efficient supervision of hourly sanitors and lead staff across designated areas, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of sanitation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in PPE. The position involves coordinating with Site/Assistant Site Managers and adhering to safety protocols in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills required.
• General computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sanitation staff and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Direct and allocate work among sanitors and lead persons.
• Ensure compliance with government, customer, and company policies.
• Evaluate staff for promotions or status changes.
• Maintain adherence to procedures in the Team Member Handbook, Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
• Assist Site Manager with safety training and ERP implementation.
• Investigate all accidents and report findings.
• Other duties as assigned.
