Job summary

Danone is seeking a Corporate Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation strategy across multiple facilities with a hybrid onsite model and 50-70% travel. The role focuses on hygienic design, extended shelf-life processing, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in sanitation programs and environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sanitation leadership experience within food manufacturing, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, MSS management, phage monitoring, environmental testing, and dairy industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program strategies, ensuring hygienic design and food safety compliance.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize cycles to save water, energy, and chemicals.
• Drive MSS effectiveness, hygienic zoning, and mitigation technology research.
• Analyze environmental data to identify risk patterns and guide proactive interventions.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure consistent sanitation program execution across sites.
