Job summary

The Danone North America Sanitation Manager will lead the sanitation strategy across multiple facilities to ensure hygienic design, extended shelf-life processing, and regulatory compliance. This role requires on-site presence with 50-70% travel and a hybrid work model.

You will develop, implement, and monitor sanitation programs to safeguard product integrity and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in sanitation leadership for food manufacturing, deep dairy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science/engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sanitation leadership within food manufacturing, multi-site preferred.
• Strong dairy processing, MSS, CIP/SIP, and food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation programs and hygiene design across facilities.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize processes to save water/energy.
• Drive MSS effectiveness, zoning, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze environmental data to identify risks and implement fixes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with plant leadership on execution.
