Packer Sanitation Services, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Sanitation to oversee the daily sanitation crew and operations at our Owensboro, KY facility.

You will assist the Site Manager in executing safety, cleanliness, and efficiency initiatives and serve as a liaison with customers. Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in varied temperatures wearing PPE.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
• General working knowledge of computers and technology.
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations while wearing PPE.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise sanitation crew under the Site Manager and support daily operations.
• Communicate with Site Manager and Corporate on accidents, downtime, and plant issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety, PPE, and company procedures; conduct safety audits.
• Set goals for the crew and manage performance, hours, and attendance.
• Liaise with customers and coordinate sanitation meetings and audits.
