Job summary

Packer Sanitation Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in daily sanitation operations at a North Carolina facility. You will supervise the sanitation crew, coordinate safety initiatives, and report issues to drive continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience, the ability to work in PPE, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sanitation crew under the Site Manager.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and training.
• Report accidents, downtime, and sanitation issues to improve operations.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
