Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Steward Supervisor to lead the sanitation team, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness for dishes, silverware, kitchenware, and kitchens in line with National Sanitation Foundation standards.

The role involves directing sanitation staff, training and performance management, daily task planning, and collaboration with culinary and banquet teams. Benefits include weekly pay, medical and retirement plans, and free uniforms.

Qualifications

• Two years steward experience.
• Valid D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
• Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction to sanitation staff to ensure clean dishes, silverware, kitchenware and kitchens per NSF standards.
• Train team members and assist with performance management.
• Complete and assign daily sanitation charts and tasks.
• Assist with culinary and banquet off-premise functions.
• Check equipment (dishwashers, freezers, etc.) and report issues to the Executive Steward.
• Review daily requisition orders with kitchen/banquet staff and update as needed.
• Maintain inventory of sanitation chemicals and supplies.
• Handle special supply requests from kitchen/banquet staff.
