Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. in Las Vegas seeks a sanitation lead to enforce safety, cleanliness and compliance with Board of Health and OSHA standards. You will supervise Team Members, ensure proper staffing, and work with your direct supervisor to maintain service quality.

The role requires effective communication with Guests and Team Members, strong time management, flexibility, good judgment, and knowledge of food safety, HACCP and OSHA guidelines. Prior sanitation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and maturity in decision-making.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
• Minimum one (1) year in sanitation experience or in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and ensure cleanliness of areas in compliance with Board of Health and OSHA Standards and Regulations.
• Responsible for handling any Team Member and/or Guest opportunities.
• Evaluate and oversee job performance of Team Members.
• Set schedules and specific job duties, while maintaining Team Members’ hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards in absence of Executive Steward.
• Work productively with direct supervisor and peers.
