Claremont Foods is seeking a sanitation supervisor to lead sanitation technicians and ensure the master sanitation schedule is completed for daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual cleaning and sanitization. You will adhere to FDA and SQF Level Two food safety regulations and rules.
Essential duties include ensuring equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and passes visual inspection, managing inventory for supplies and chemicals, and maintaining SQF compliance awareness.
Position Summary :
Leads and instructs sanitation technicians so that the master sanitation schedule is completed for daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annually cleaning and sanitization . Responsible for adhering to Claremont Foods employee health and safety requirements and complying with Food and Drug Administration and Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level Two food safety regulations and rules .
