MOHR Talent is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Lead for a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a food manufacturer. Formación

• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation procedures.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to work with a cleaning crew and lead sanitation activities.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Ability to communicate work instructions and safety requirements in English.

Lawrence, MA|2nd Shift - 6:30 PM–3:00 AM| Temp to Perm | $32-35/hr

Coordinate sanitation activities around production needs.

What you’ll bring

• Food manufacturing experience and familiarity with sanitation procedures.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.

• Ability to communicate work instructions and safety requirements in English.
• Reliable transportation and availability for 6:30 PM–3:00 AM, with flexibility to support other shifts.
