Job summary

MOHR Talent is hiring a Sanitation Worker for the 2nd shift in Angola, NY. This full-time role cleans and sanitizes heavy production equipment, processing areas, and facilities, following GMP and food safety procedures.

Training is provided, and pay is based on experience with benefits. The ideal candidate has experience in food manufacturing sanitation or industrial cleaning, is dependable, and able to work around wet floors and heavy machinery.

• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
• Willingness to learn GMP and food safety procedures.
• Comfortable working around machinery, wet floors, and industrial equipment.
• Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, foam, and sanitize heavy production machinery and food processing equipment.
• Remove food residue, grease, and buildup from production lines and equipment.
• Clean floors, walls, processing areas, and designated workspaces.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals, sanitizers, hoses, and foaming equipment.
• Safely disassemble and reassemble equipment components for cleaning when needed.
• Follow GMP, food safety, OSHA, and sanitation procedures.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is clean and ready for the next production shift.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, and sanitation problems.
• Complete cleaning assignments within established production schedules.

Full-Time | Food Production / Industrial Sanitation

We're partnering with an established food manufacturing company that is hiring a Sanitation Worker to clean and sanitize industrial production equipment, machinery, and processing areas during the second shift.

This is a strong fit for someone with experience in food production, industrial cleaning, manufacturing sanitation, or equipment washdowns. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The right person is dependable, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn proper sanitation and food safety procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean, wash, foam, and sanitize heavy production machinery and food processing equipment
