MOHR Talent is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Lead for a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a food manufacturer. If you enjoy coaching employees, solving problems on the floor, and taking pride in a job done right, this role puts that experience to work. Coordinate sanitation activities around production needs. Lead the crew.

Own the shift. Work 2nd shift 6:30 PM–3:00 AM. You will clean and sanitize production areas and equipment, disassemble/reassemble equipment per procedures, and document

Formación

• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation procedures.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to work with a cleaning crew and lead sanitation activities.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Ability to communicate work instructions and safety requirements in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sanitation crew and own the shift.
• Coordinate sanitation activities around production needs.
• Inspect and document sanitation work and records.
• Support equipment disassembly/reassembly following procedures.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sanitation Manager to resolve issues.

Conocimientos

Team leadership

Willingness to work with cleaning crew

Basic computer skills

English communication of instructions
