Food Talent Solutions is conducting a search for a Sanitation Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing food manufacturer.

This leadership role will oversee sanitation operations within a high-volume food production facility, ensuring equipment, production environments, and sanitation programs consistently meet food safety and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will lead a team of sanitation professionals while driving accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Reports to: Plant Manager
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Leadership responsibility for sanitation team members (8-10)
• Hours: 9p-6am
• Critical role supporting food safety, quality, and operational performance
