Pilgrim’s is hiring for a 3rd Shift Sanitation – Laborer in De Queen, Arkansas. The role starts at $19.15 per hour with an attendance bonus of $2.75 per hour if qualifications are met. The position supports the hourly production team with sanitation duties and adherence to safety and GMP training.

Sanitation Worker

Key Responsibilities and Account abilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing production areas
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
