Job summary

Pilgrim’s De Queen, Arkansas is hiring for 3rd shift sanitation laborer. The role starts at $19.15 per hour with an attendance bonus of $2.75 per hour if qualifications are met. Candidates should fit and grow with the team, and be able to meet safety and GMP training requirements.

Environment includes refrigeration (10°F to 40°F), standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Manufacturing experience is preferred and EOE statements apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Prefer previous manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work


• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
