Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMP and SQF standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep sanitation of equipment and production areas.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble bakery equipment per SSOPs and GMPs.
• Inspect sanitation work for completeness and compliance with internal standards.
• Report sanitation concerns or food safety risks to supervisor or QA team promptly.
• Follow PPE and chemical handling procedures; support SQF and environmental compliance.
