• Follow Master Cleaning Schedule and sanitation procedures in warehouses.
• Inspect and evaluate sanitation in relation to dough ingredients and processing.
• Work with Food Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with food laws and labeling requirements.
• Train new employees and report equipment problems promptly.
• Promote safety and follow safe job procedures; communicate health and safety matters.
