Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks a sanitation leader to drive sanitation and pest control programs at our Fayetteville facility. You will work with plant leadership, production, maintenance, quality, and food safety teams to ensure sanitation excellence and regulatory readiness.

You will own all sanitation activities and cover end of 2nd shift, all of 3rd shift, and own 1st hour of 1st shift. Responsibilities include leading sanitation programs, implementing pest control, and advancing continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of management or supervision experience in food industry.
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, pest control, and regulatory requirements in food processing.
• Experience with sanitary design, sanitation systems, and pest management in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee plant sanitation programs using sanitation chemicals, Clean In Place (CIP) and related processes.
• Implement and manage sanitation, pest control, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Set standards for sanitation assurance, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, CIP equipment, and cost optimization.
• Monitor sanitation metrics and validate cleaning effectiveness to ensure food safety compliance.
• Investigate sanitation-related issues and implement corrective actions to reduce contamination risk.
• Collaborate with third-party sanitation and pest control providers to ensure program effectiveness.
• Research and adopt new sanitation technologies and practices to improve plant performance.
• Develop and deliver sanitation training to build technical capability and accountability across the facility.
• Champion a strong food safety culture and empower staff to act on food safety concerns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operations goals and regulatory readiness.
