Conagra Brands is seeking a sanitation and pest control leader for our Fayetteville manufacturing facility. You will own all sanitation activities across shifts, partner with plant leadership, production, maintenance, quality and food safety teams to drive sanitation excellence and regulatory readiness.

You will implement CIP, COP, pest control programs, monitor metrics, deliver training, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to protect product quality and food safety.

Formación

• Experience leading sanitation and pest control programs.
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, and regulatory requirements related to food processing.
• Strong leadership and communication across plant teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support plant sanitation programs using CIP, COP, dry sanitation, and sanitary design.
• Implement sanitation assurance, pest control, and regulatory compliance.
• Set standards for sanitation, preventive maintenance, CI, CIP equipment, and cost optimization.
• Monitor sanitation metrics and validate cleaning effectiveness for food safety.
• Investigate sanitation-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with third-party sanitation and pest control providers.
• Research and implement new sanitation technologies and processes.
• Develop and deliver sanitation training across the facility.
• Champion a strong food safety culture and empower action on concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support goals and regulatory readiness.
