Job summary

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a dedicated sanitation associate to support equipment and production area cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. You will follow GMPs and safety policies, work the 8:00 PM-5:30 AM shift, and participate in readiness activities to keep the plant running smoothly.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, using approved chemicals, sweeping and mopping lines, and reporting food safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Sanitation experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety practices and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders
• Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areas
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices
• Follow all safety and Human Resources policies and procedures
• Attend work as scheduled and maintain punctuality
• Complete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 days
• Support additional duties as assigned
• Identify food safety risks and elevate concerns to the lead or supervisor
