Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, WA seeks a sanitation supervisor to lead plant sanitation programs and teams, overseeing equipment, machinery, and facilities to meet food safety standards. You will report to the Operations Manager and work with cross-functional partners to maintain a safe production environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sanitation supervision in food manufacturing, knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations, and strong communication skills in English. This role operates a 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sanitation supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred.
• Experience with Food Safety Guidelines and GMP.
• Experience with HACCP/HAACP plans.
• Understanding of FDA and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, train, and monitor sanitation crews and methods.
• Plan daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning activities.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and SOPs.
• Collaborate with plant leadership on sanitation improvements.
• Conduct plant inspections and audits and track corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
