Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 2+ years cleaning/housekeeping experience.
• Ability to follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation SOPs.
• Flexibility with shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interior areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and organize dish room, coolers, and utility areas.
• Dispose of waste according to regulations; keep floors dry to prevent slips.
• Follow HACCP and USDA compliance; participate in sanitation scheduling.
• Collaborate with sanitation team to maintain cleanliness standards.
