Job summary

dnata Catering is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and airline equipment using conveyer dishwashers in a fast-paced environment. You will handle, wash, and store items while adhering to HACCP guidelines and health regulations.

Responsibilities include loading and operating the dishwashing machines, ensuring proper temperatures and chemicals, unloading and storing clean items, and sanitizing equipment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and self-organized.
• Must meet all applicable state and local food handler certification requirements.
• Ability to deal with heavy workloads and multitask.
• Flexibility for different shifts (night, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP guidelines and safety rules in all tasks.
• Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses and silverware.
• Ensure machine operates at proper temperatures and has detergent for operation.
• Unload machine and store cleaned items in proper racks and storage areas.
• Sanitize trolleys, carriers’ oven racks and drawers and deliver to storage areas.
• Other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.
