Job summary

dnata Catering is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness across the facility, including the dish room, coolers, utility areas, restrooms, and transportation zones. You will sweep, mop, dust, and keep all spaces tidy to support safe operations.

Follow HACCP guidelines, sanitation SOPs, and USDA regulations; sanitize interior areas, manage waste disposal, and collaborate with the team to uphold dnata's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years’ experience in cleaning/ housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience
• Experience in cleaning/ housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work with strong attention to detail and self-organization
• Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Follow facility rules for entry and maintain personal hygiene per HACCP guidelines.
• Comply with sanitation SOPs including HACCP and USDA regulations.
• Clean and sanitize all interior areas and external property.
• Handle waste disposal and manage spills to keep floors dry and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.
• Develop and follow a sanitation schedule to meet SOP frequency.
