Thunderbird Entertainment Center is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold high guest experience and cleanliness standards.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe handling of cleaners and equipment while maintaining a cheerful, professional atmosphere for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years housekeeping experience.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check; able to obtain gaming license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS department and staff.
• Coordinate schedules and training under guidance from leadership.
• Maintain sanitary, infection-free facilities and report repairs.
• Operate cleaning equipment and ensure safe chemical handling.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and tribal regulations.
