Job summary

Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking an EVS Director to lead our environmental services team and maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all facilities. You will oversee daily operations, ensure timely task completion, and manage records of serviced rooms while maintaining equipment and supplies.

The role requires strong management experience, a commitment to exceptional cleanliness, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have working experience in a cleaning/EVS role within a facility.
• Ability to work independently with strong motivation.
• Customer service orientation with a helpful attitude.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Professionalism with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas to the highest cleanliness standards within designated time limits.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Create daily job lists and maintain records of serviced rooms.
• Ensure equipment is in good condition and report shortages, damages, or security issues.
• Address guests' complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor stocking levels of consumables.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
