Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking a sanitation associate in New Jersey to maintain cleanliness in the Operations area and perform minor maintenance tasks. The role operates Sun-Thu from 5:00pm to 1:30am, with up to 2 hours daily overtime.

Responsibilities include completing the sanitation checklist, monitoring the trash compactor, and handling light maintenance duties. Candidate must be 18+, able to work independently with keen attention to detail, and willing to perform additional duties as needed on the

• Perform sanitation in the Operations area and minor maintenance tasks.
• Complete sanitation tasks on the daily checklist and monitor trash compactor.
• Operate the warehouse scrubber machine when available.
• Change light bulbs in warehouse and office.
• Assist with other cleaning, maintenance and repair items as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Complete “Janitorial Duties Check List” tasks daily.
• Utilize/monitor trash compactor and advise DC Supervisor when full.
• Utilize warehouse scrubber machine when available.
• Change light bulbs in warehouse and office.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Other maintenance and repair items as assigned and qualified.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:
