Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a dependable sanitation worker for the Operations area, responsible for daily cleaning and minor maintenance throughout the facility. The shift runs Sun-Thu 5:00pm–1:30am (or finished) with up to 2 hours overtime; pay is $19.66/hour plus a $0.50 differential.

The ideal candidate works independently with strong attention to detail and can perform janitorial and light maintenance tasks reliably.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision and have strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sanitation in the Operations area and minor maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Complete “Janitorial Duties Check List” tasks daily.
• Utilize/monitor trash compactor and advise DC Supervisor when full.
• Utilize warehouse scrubber machine when available.
• Change light bulbs in warehouse and office.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Other maintenance and repair items as assigned and qualified.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
