Job summary

Feminist Majority Foundation seeks a SANE Coordinator in Pennsylvania to support and enhance sexual assault nurse examiner and response team programs. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, advocates, and state agencies to ensure survivor-centered medical and forensic care.

The position requires an active RN license with BSN or higher, SANE-A certification or plan, and at least five years of PA SANE experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN with BSN or higher and SANE-A certification or plan to obtain.
• Minimum five years as a sexual assault forensic nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Strong research, training, and writing skills and ability to coordinate complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to SANEs, healthcare providers, advocates, law enforcement, prosecutors, and partners.
• Support and enhance SANE and SART programs and networks.
• Attend and facilitate coordinator meetings and participate in relevant committees.
• Document activities and prepare reports while ensuring fiscal prudence and compliance.
