Job summary

Respect Together in Pennsylvania seeks a PCAR SANE Coordinator to support and enhance SANE and SART programs, building alliances with non-profit and state agencies to promote professional, victim-centered medical and forensic response.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with a BSN or higher and SANE-A certification (or plan to obtain) and has at least five years of experience as a sexual assault forensic nurse in PA. Strong collaboration and policy advocacy skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN with a BSN or higher from an accredited program.
• SANE-A certification or plan to complete this requirement.
• Minimum five years of experience as a sexual assault forensic nurse in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to SANEs, healthcare providers, advocates, law enforcement, prosecutors, and other allied professionals.
• Support and enhance SANE programs and SARTs.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities as requested.
• Document training and outreach activities in designated databases and prepare reports.
