Job summary

Respect Together in Pennsylvania is seeking a PCAR SANE Coordinator to strengthen and grow SANE and SART programs. The role involves technical assistance, policy support, and collaboration with health care, law enforcement, and public agencies to improve victim-centered care.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with SANE credentials and several years of SA forensic nursing experience in PA, capable of leading training and program development efforts.

Qualifications

• Solid background and knowledge of SANE operations, programs, policies, and protocols.
• Strong research, training, and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to SANEs, healthcare providers, advocates, law enforcement, prosecutors, and other allied professionals.
• Support and enhance SANE programs and SARTs.
• Create alliances and act as a liaison with telehealth programs, hospital systems, universities, and state and federal agencies.
• Attend monthly national SANE coordinator meetings and local meetings; document activities and prepare reports.
