Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• RN license to practice in Kentucky.

• BLS certification within 45 days of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning with patient/family.
• Provides education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.
• Performs sexual assault medical forensic interviews/exams.
• Performs a complete medical forensic evaluation.
• Participates in community awareness and outreach projects.
