Job summary

Flour Bakery + Cafe is seeking exceptional sandwich makers for our Beacon Hill team in Boston. The role is part-time, with Sunday-Thursday availability, and focuses on preparing sandwiches with speed, accuracy, and hospitality.

We’re looking for candidates with at least 1 year in a fast-paced food service setting, who can maintain grooming standards and enjoy a teamwork-driven, open-kitchen environment. Compensation includes tips with base wage and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service setting.
• Must be able to work 3–4 shifts, 20 hours/week including at least 1 weekend day.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking with strong guest service skills.
• Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly instructions and recipes accurately to ensure sandwiches are delicious.
• Deliver excellent hospitality by greeting guests with a smile and answering questions.
• Engage with guests and provide helpful information in a professional kitchen setting.
