Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Sand Plant Laborer in Arkansas to support crushing and processing operations in a production environment. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

You will perform routine maintenance, operate loaders and skid steers, and follow OSHA/MSHA procedures. Candidates should have a HS diploma (GED acceptable) and be able to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grease the plant and maintain gear box fluids.
• Assist plant personnel as needed.
• Maintain site cleaning program.
• Operate small power tools and skid steer.
• Ensure daily plant maintenance and safety compliance.
