Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License (Class A or B CDL preferred) and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years' related experience preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects.
• Control machinery from the panelboard, ensuring smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes.
• Observe gauges and machinery to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Keep the worksite and plant clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
• Conduct routine plant maintenance and report major issues to supervisors for quick resolution.
• Assist in repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed.
• Mentor and train newer team members to help them grow and succeed.
• Perform general labor duties and show up consistently and on time.
