Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Aggregate Plant Operator to maintain safe, efficient crushing operations across our Oklahoma site. You will operate plant and mobile equipment, perform inspections, monitor production, and support maintenance while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of aggregate crushing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate the aggregate crushing plant safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies, rules, and procedures.
• Monitor throughput and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Complete daily inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers and water trucks.
• Perform pre-shift checks, maintenance, and minor repairs.
